Its been an exciting end to the year.  I was in Wales for the Xperience Awards Finals where 4 of my images had been selected for the finals.  In total 2000 images were entered into the two Dog Photography groups and so I was thrilled just to to get one through to the finals, let alone four.  The quality of the work was very high, most of the other photographers have been professional for years, for some it has been their only job since leaving school, so I was proud to be in amongst them.  The awards have been launched for 2019 with the first round of judging taking place at the end of January.  I already have some images to enter so we’ll see what happens next year.

It’s also the time of year to look back, just a  little, at how this year has gone.  I don’t dwell on the past, but this year I have learnt a lot of lessons, good and bad, with regards to the business and I am excited to look forward to next year and to be able offer some new opportunities to get some amazing art work and photography of your four legged friends.
