I almost won the knockout inter-camera club competition this week against Levern Camera Club.  It’s a friendly event but I do get competitive at times.  Here’s the report from Irvine Camera Club.

“Last night we were joined by our friends from Levern Camera Club for another friendly Knockout challenge. Members had a chance to socialise with each other while enjoying a tasty buffet during the break. The 2 images that made it to the final round, as voted by the audience, were ”Are You Looking at Me” - a stunning characterful macro shot alongside the beautifully serene “Isle of Arran Sunset”. After votes were counted, winning honours were awarded to Ivie McClardy of Levern for his gorgeous Intentional Camera Movement sunset. Commiserations to Andrew Winter of Irvine for just missing out. Thanks to everyone who submitted their images and who came along to participate in what was a very enjoyable evening for everyone.”
