A Catch Up - May 22nd 2020

As we look into an uncertain future we have no choice but to dust ourselves off and to push forward.  We still have dreams and things we all want to accomplish and work towards.  Lockdown has been a challenging time for us all in lots of different ways and at some I will reflect upon it.  What have I been up to, well I have been busier than ever but I’ll save that for another post.

All I know is that I have missed the dogs that I was hoping to meet during what is a great time of the year for photography.  Thankfully it isn’t all lost - the buttercups are still out and the red ferns on the heath are just coming into their best over the next two weeks, weather permitting.

So I will be back out shooting from June 1st, unless I’m not allowed to. 

Currently what I’m arranging will be the Charity Dogathon Photoshoots under the current guidelines.  The charities I raise money for are desperate for funds, having all of their shows cancelled for the entire year and the loss of income directly affects the dogs and animals in their care.  The dogs and horses don’t understand what has been going on, only that for some reason something has changed for the worse.  If you have never had a professional photoshoot for your dog then why not now?  It’s healing for everyone involved.

The Equine Photoshoots and Charity Equine Shoots are on hold as are my regular client photoshoots until it is safe to be at yards and other peoples houses  and we can mix with more than one person.

Viewings are now being done online only which is going to be different, unfortunately this means you’ll have to provide your own super coffee and luxurious biscuits.  Other beverages are available.
